Registration
Spring Term: April 6, 2024 - June 15, 2024
1. Registration Dates for 2024 Programs
The school year at Music and Movement for Children runs September through December (Fall Term), January through March (Winter Term), and April through June (Spring Term).
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, please complete the Registration Form (one per family) and submit payment. Your registration can be sent by mail to:

2. Fees for the 2024 Year:
Registration Fee: $20 per family - one time only. Non-refundable.

Pay by the Term
Fees may be paid in full at time of registration OR divided into installments. Please contact the teacher for payment options.
3. Getting the Right Class
If the class you want is full on registration day, don’t panic. Put your child’s name on your second choice or on the wait list for your first choice. Things always change and somehow everyone ends up getting just what they want.
4. Making Up Missed Classes:
If a class must be missed due to illness or other reasons, students may attend a class suitable to their age and program during the week of the missed class. Check with your teacher for an appropriate lesson to attend as a makeup class. No refund is given for missed classes.
5. Withdrawal from the Program:
A month’s notice is required for withdrawal. All cheques issued for fees following the expiry of the notice period will be returned. If no notice is given, fees will be retained to cover the notice period, and the balance of the fees will be returned.
